All the vendors were so excited to be a part of the Urban Field House Open House, which happened on Sunday, May 27th, 2018, from 2-5pm. Brides, decorators, theatre companies, and guests perused Windsor’s newest rustic venue and local vendor booths while they sipped on infused water or had our amazing barista for the day (Craig from Red Lantern Coffee Co.) make them a cappuccino. Hudson’s Bay Windsor graciously donated the registry & gift bags for the guests, and Fun Flash Photo booth kept the guests entertained. The beautiful backdrop and head table was designed by Lorraine from Anything & Everything, the place settings were carefully displayed by Tablesettings & More, and uplighting was provided by Urban Kris Productions. Modish’s stunning throne & head table chairs completed the look beautifully.

Everyone who came in got to envision what a ceremony or reception would look like in the venue, as well as speak to vendors who would make their planning easy (See Full List of Vendors/Websites below this post). Urban Field House can also hold recitals, theatre productions, parties, showers, and events up to 350 guests. One lucky bride won a grand prize, which consisted of an entire basket goodies worth over $1000 from Urban Field House & all the vendors who were present!
